All FFOC teams are placed into a bracket at the end of 10 weeks. The Las Vegas Bracket consists of teams that won their 10-team league as well as Tier 2 teams that finished 2nd in their league and Tier 3 teams that finished 2nd through 6th in their league, and all these teams will advance to compete for the $1,000,000 grand prize. The 1st & Goal Bracket consists of the remaining teams that finished 2nd through 8th place in their 10-team league as well as teams knocked out of the Las Vegas Bracket during Weeks 11 through 15. The Red Zone Bracket consists of 9th and 10th place teams from the 10-team leagues as well as teams knocked out of the 1st and Goal Bracket during Weeks 11 through 15. Each week a percentage of teams are cut from the Las Vegas Bracket and 1st and Goal Bracket based on points scored in that particular week, while the Red Zone Bracket does not cut teams. The prizes are awarded in each bracket based on the following scores:
